This site relates to deeside wildlife at two sites on lower Deeside,  in Drumoak, and Raemoir Trout Fishery at Banchory.

 

 

Ron regularly used a stealth camera to capture film of wildlife at both these sites, some of which would be difficult to see in daylight.

​

Ron set the video clips at 10 seconds duration, being enough to see what is around without too much empty screen.

These clips are categorised for easy reference, e.g. Badger – contains various Badger clips.

 

In addition are photos of two man-made sand martin banks, one at Drumoak and one at Banchory, also a man-made osprey nest platform at Banchory.

​

For both there is a description of how they were made and sited, and their success or otherwise.

 

From time to time Ron added notes on interesting things that happened throughout the year.
